Fundamental Focused programs attributes and supports the well being of each student.
Our Track Record:
When Ranger Good Works first partnered with Dillard Elementary in 2013, the school faced severe challenges. It held an “F” rating, served only 326 students, and lacked basic programs and support. There were no after-school activities, a high rate of absenteeism, limited parent involvement, and a complete absence of a PTA. The school was burdened by outstanding debts, had minimal access to technology, and many children came to school hungry, without proper clothing, or stability at home. The environment was in urgent need of hope.
With dedicated support from our incredible community partners and unwavering leadership from the school’s administration, Ranger Good Works began to implement hands-on change. We worked side-by-side with the principal and team to address immediate needs and begin rebuilding, from the inside out.
By 2018, our mission expanded to include North Fork Elementary, another school in great need of support. Together, these two schools have become shining examples of how consistent community engagement can transform education. Ranger Good Works introduced holistic programs that met fundamental needs including food, clothing, hygiene, and emotional care—while simultaneously inspiring students through new opportunities in STEM, the Arts, and after-school enrichment.
We opened the doors for college and university field trips, sparked creative exploration, and brought in trauma-informed programs and free counseling services for students, teachers, and families. Parental engagement soared, and for the first time in years, these campuses became hubs of hope and progress.
Today, both Dillard and North Fork Elementary Schools have risen to a “B” rating, an extraordinary achievement that reflects years of perseverance, love, and strategic support.
This is what’s possible when a community unites for the good of its children.
Together, we are changing the story, one school, one student, one future at a time.

School Food Pantry
At Ranger Good Works, we believe that no child should ever go hungry, no matter the circumstances. That’s why we are proud of our school-based food pantry program.
Our food pantry is stocked with a wide variety of non-perishable food items, specifically chosen for snacktime emergencies, lockdown situations, and any time a student is facing hunger or in need.
Throughout the year, we provide over 1000 food items to our students through various programs before and after school. These programs ensure that our students have access to nutritious snacks and meals when they need them the most.
But it doesn’t stop there! We also believe in recognizing and rewarding our students for their achievements. When they successfully accomplish certain goals set by their teachers, we offer sweet incentives that encourage and motivate them to reach even greater heights.
However, we can’t do it alone. We invite you all to join us in making a difference. You can contribute by donating snack items or easily distributed food items to our school-based food pantry. Your support will ensure that no child at Dillard Elementary or North Fork Elementary school goes hungry.
Together, let’s create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student has access to nutritious food and the support they need to thrive. Join us in this meaningful cause and let’s make a positive impact on the lives of our students.
Clothing Bank
Our current clothing bank program aims to provide over 1000 garments per year to each school, ensuring that every student has access to essential items such as school uniforms, polo shirts, sweaters, pants, short skirts, undergarments, socks, shoes, and more.
But we can’t do it alone! We need your support to make this program a success. Whether you are an individual or represent a company, we encourage you to partner with us and contribute one or multiple items to help meet the clothing needs of our students.
By participating in our clothing bank program, you can make a direct and meaningful difference in the lives of students who may otherwise struggle to afford essential clothing items. Your contribution will not only provide comfort and confidence in their daily lives but also foster a sense of belonging within their school community.
Join us in creating a brighter future for our students by becoming a part of our clothing bank program. Together, we can ensure that every student has the opportunity to thrive and succeed.

Hygiene Supply Bank
Hygiene Supplies Matter: Providing essential items that support students’ health, boost social confidence, improve attendance, and increase academic performance.
We cannot stress enough the importance of supplying vital items to our Hygiene Supply Bank for our elementary students.
Each year, we gather a substantial amount of supplies, including over 1000 toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, deodorant, and more, all aimed at ensuring our students are clean and ready for school.
Why is this so important, you may ask? Well, let us break it down for you. Hygiene plays a vital role in a child’s overall well-being and education. When students have access to proper hygiene supplies, they are more likely to stay healthy, boosting their attendance and ultimately their academic performance.
By contributing to our hygiene supply bank, you are directly impacting the lives of hundreds of students. These supplies are distributed to those in need, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to start their day with confidence and cleanliness.
A simple toothbrush or toothpaste may seem like a small gesture but it makes a world of difference for a child who might otherwise go without. It is not just about oral health; it is about building self-esteem and promoting a positive self-image.
Let us come together as a community to support our students by donating toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, deodorant, or other hygiene items. Every contribution matters.
Our goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for our students, and hygiene is an essential part of that mission. Together we can make a difference, one toothbrush and soap bar at a time.
Trauma and Stress Management learning
We work hand in hand with our Principals. We listen and then design solutions to aid them in solving their pressing needs or problems.
We initiated a Trauma initiative with BCPS and Nova Southeastern University and played a significant role in supporting schools in addressing behavioral support, stress, and trauma in students’ lives both inside and outside the classroom. Our collaboration with Nova Southeastern University and Broward County Public Schools resulted in the development of multiple initiatives focused on trauma.
These initiatives had a much larger impact than anticipated. Recently, both schools participated in a 22 School Trauma symposium, where over 720 educators learned from renowned keynote speakers, Dr. Robert Brooks and Mansfield Key. Additionally, 22 underserved elementary schools have benefited from the program, and more will continue to benefit in the coming years. We have also provided conferences, training, and support programs to over 80 participants from local underserved schools.
Moving forward, we plan to expand the program to include a larger group of participants, including Principals, Assistant Principals, School counselors, and Teachers from surrounding schools. The district has recognized and appreciated the concept, and funding has been secured through NSU.
The ongoing collaboration between Ranger Good Works, Broward County Public Schools, and Nova Southeastern University will continue to address the essential needs of student and educator well-being, including behavior management, stress and trauma, and professional growth. We are grateful for your support in bringing this vision to life.
