FLY Guys Club is making a big difference in young men’s lives.
Our Track Record:
In 2013, Dillard Elementary proudly launched the FLY Guys (Forever Loving Yourself) and Eagle Men Clubs—mentorship programs that made a lasting impact on our young male students in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades. These initiatives provided students with meaningful guidance and support, helping them define their goals, build confidence, and develop strong leadership skills. Mentors played a vital role in shaping character and encouraging positive decision-making, helping boys grow into productive and responsible young men.
The FLY Guys Club was facilitated by former NBA player Lorenzo Williams, whose presence and mentorship inspired students to believe in their potential and strive for excellence both in and out of the classroom.
Sponsored by Ranger Good Works, Mr. Williams was able to take students on various field trips and to special events, exposing them to new environments, positive role models, and real-world experiences that broadened their perspectives and deepened their personal growth.
Current Programs:
Ranger Good Works is excited to expand its student enrichment efforts at both Dillard and North Fork Elementary by including these impactful mentorship programs as part of our forthcoming initiatives.
