“As a generous partner and advocate for the North Fork Elementary School community, Ranger Good Works (RGW) has been transforming the lives of North Fork Elementary students since 2019. RGW provides students with enrichment activities and extracurricular opportunities that support the mission of developing the whole child such as art, gardening, dance, cheerleading and basketball. The frequent donations of food, clothing, toys and hygiene products allow students and parents to focus on more education and worry less about obtaining bare necessities. During the early phases of the pandemic, many students suffered tremendous losses and experienced unthinkable hardships and RGW came to the rescue! North Fork Elementary School is fortunate to receive such great care, kindness and support from Ranger Good Works!”

“I want to personally thank Victoria Ranger for her passion and caring heart regarding the students, families, and faculty of Dillard Elementary. Thank you to all the community members and partners that support Dillard Elementary through Ranger Good Works. We are grateful for the time, talent and resources that are given to our students and our school community. We had another successful year and we could not have done it without you.”

“I’ve had the absolute joy of volunteering at Career City for over six years, and I can honestly say it never gets old! Every single year, I’m blown away by the energy, the excitement, and the incredible outpouring of support from local businesses and community leaders across Fort Lauderdale. Business owners, leaders, and volunteers come together to give their time, share their stories, and open their hearts to the students at Dillard and North Fork Elementary Schools.
This event is truly an unforgettable experience for the students. They don’t just sit and listen, they explore, ask questions, and get hands-on experience with real tools and interactive career stations. You can literally see their eyes light up with curiosity and possibility. For many of them, participating in Career City is the first time they begin to dream beyond the walls of their neighborhood.
Volunteering at Career City has truly changed my life. It reminds me every year why community matters and how one day, one conversation, one moment can spark something in a child that lasts forever. Watching the students discover new passions and realize their potential is one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever been a part of.
Ranger Good Works has built something magical with Career City, and I’m so proud to be part of it year after year. I always leave feeling inspired, energized, and excited for the future these kids are going to build!”

“My name is David Morrison, and I am the music teacher at Dillard Elementary. Ms. Victoria Ranger and Ranger Good Works have been dedicated supporters of the music program for many years. Every time I see Ms. Ranger, she always tells me to let her know what we need. She contributes uniforms and/or apparel, as well as music supplies and equipment. She also gives her time. She loves to see the students perform. Ranger Good Works has been a tremendous asset to the students of Dillard Elementary!”

“Ranger Good Works is making a world of difference at the school. We have over 45 students learning about computers in the Coders Club.
The field trips to see technologists at companies has changed the children’s perspective of what they believed they could do with their own hands.”

“Volunteering with Ranger Good Works has been an incredibly rewarding and inspiring experience. The dedication of the foundation to uplifting our school communities is truly unmatched. I’ve witnessed firsthand the positive impact their programs have on students—not just in the classroom, but in shaping their confidence and future goals. It’s a privilege to be part of something that makes such a lasting difference.”

“As a former principal of Dillard Elementary, I witnessed firsthand how Ranger Good Works directly contributed to increased student achievement. Having transitioned into the role of District Director for Broward County Public Schools, I am truly amazed by the years of unwavering commitment Ranger Good Works has shown to both Dillard and North Fork Elementary. It is an honor to support this organization as it continues to change the lives of students in our community.”

“I am incredibly grateful for the support I’ve received from Ranger Good Works. When I was in 5th grade at Dillard Elementary, I had the opportunity to attend a college tour sponsored by the organization. We visited several universities, attended classes, and even ate in the campus cafeterias. It was truly an experience of a lifetime and opened my eyes to the possibilities ahead of me.
Ranger Good Works has continued to be a part of my journey ever since. Without their generosity in sponsoring my college expenses, I would not have been able to continue my education. Their belief in me has made all the difference, and I can’t thank them enough for helping me pursue my dreams. Thank you so much, Ranger Good Works, for changing my life.”

“I love Career City! I had so much fun learning about all the different jobs.”

“As a student-athlete at The University of Southern Mississippi, volunteering with Ranger Good Works has been a truly meaningful experience. I love meeting and working with the students, sharing the importance of education, sportsmanship, and staying focused on their goals. Being a mentor through this program allows me to give back and show younger students that with hard work and dedication, they can achieve anything. It’s a powerful reminder that we’re all capable of making a difference.”

“We are so excited to dance together!” “Thank you for everything!”

“Ms. Victoria always comes to read to us and she gives us toys for Christmas. She’s so kind and special to me.”

“As a college student at Georgia State University, I never thought I would enjoy working with people younger than me, but volunteering with Ranger Good Works completely changed that. I genuinely love spending time with the students, hearing their questions, and seeing how excited they are to learn something new. Their energy is contagious and inspiring.
I have been involved with Ranger Good Works since I was in middle school, volunteering in various capacities over the years. It has truly shaped who I am today. I have even encouraged many of my friends to volunteer, and they’ve enjoyed the experience just as much as I have. This organization has not only impacted the lives of countless students, but it’s also made a lasting impact on mine.”

“We are learning computer programming thanks to Ranger.”

“I’ve been waiting since last year to join the art club. It makes me feel good that I can draw and paint after school”

“As a PTA parent at Dillard Elementary, I’ve seen firsthand how much of a difference Ranger Good Works has made for our school. They’ve supported our after-school clubs, helped make events like Career City and Parent Night a success, and provided essentials like food, clothing, and student incentives. It’s clear they truly care about our kids and families.
I’m so thankful for everything they do and excited to see the organization grow even more!”

“Volunteering at Dillard to speak to the Impact Girls was very fulfilling for me and fun to do. Partnering with Ranger Good Works and Dillard Elementary was a very good experience! I have also participated for two years in the Ranger Good Works annual Career City at Dillard and look forward to the next one. It is enjoyable to assist students in gaining exposure to careers in technology and life experiences.”

“Before joining the Ranger Super Coders Club, my daughter Amaya was shy and unsure of what she wanted to do when she grew up. Since joining the club, everything has changed. She comes home excited about coding and talks about building her own games and websites. I have seen her confidence grow so much. She’s now teaching her little brother how to code using what she’s learned! As a parent, there’s nothing better than seeing your child inspired, engaged, and dreaming big.
I am incredibly thankful to Ranger Good Works for giving Amaya and so many other students an opportunity to explore a future in technology. They are not just learning to code, they are learning to believe in themselves.”

“We will make a difference in the lives of the children from Dillard Elementary. Teaching Computer Science and how to code is imperative for the kids to learn now so they can be competitive in the real world when they grow up.
I have volunteered for three years in the Ranger Good Works Hour of Code initiative with the children and in the Career City held at Dillard Elementary.”

“I love to help the kids. They all are engaged and want to do well.”

“It is easy to donate my time to the students at Dillard Elementary as they are eager to learn and we have a great time working together. I love seeing the development and progress that they make every week!”

“If we can help make a positive difference early in a child’s life, they have a fighting chance to have a career doing anything they want for the rest of their life.”

“Volunteering with Ranger Good Works for over 10 years has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my career. As a representative of the Broward Sheriff’s Office Bomb Squad Division, I’ve had the unique opportunity to introduce students to the critical work we do and demonstrate the robotic technology we rely on every day. It’s incredibly rewarding to see their eyes light up as they gain a deeper understanding of our job and the qualifications it requires. This experience is important to me because it not only educates, but also inspires the next generation to explore careers in public safety and technology.”

“Ranger Good Works provides students with the opportunity to learn and develop skills that could help ignite their passion for technology. These students will be the leaders of our future, and with their ideas, we will build a better tomorrow.”
