Ranger Good Works serves under-resourced school communities through program and operational support, volunteerism, and fundraising initiatives.

Currently, we support two Fort Lauderdale elementary schools: Dillard Elementary and North Fork Elementary, both serving students from Pre-K through fifth grade.

Ranger Good Works aspires to support under-resourced local school communities in the greatest financial need. As our financial and volunteer capacity increases, we hope to expand upon our work and support as many under-resourced schools as possible for years to come.

*Our funding sustains after-school clubs and programs which engage 75% of the students at Dillard. Developing Sustainable, Repeatable Programs that Scale

Our current focus is on stabilizing and establishing inclusive, sustainable programs for both Dillard Elementary and North Fork Elementary. Our purpose is to provide quality education to students which will enable them to become well-rounded individuals who can compete with peers both academically and socially.

What We Do

Ranger Good Works empowers under-resourced local school communities in Southern Florida through program and operational support, volunteerism, and fundraising initiatives. The support we provide to our schools can be divided into three primary program areas: Fundamental Programs, After-School Programs, and Volunteer Programs.


We service our organizations in a variety of areas.

  • Contributing essential financial donations for books, clothing, shoes, hygiene products, food, and school supplies
  • Procuring critical supplies such as clothing, food, hygiene products, and educational tools
  • Advocacy on behalf of the school to secure community support and resources
  • Procuring technology such as iPads, e-readers, and software to bridge the digital divide
  • Administrative partnership and guidance to strengthen school operations
  • Financially supporting and organizing after school clubs and summer camp programs that extend learning
  • Coordinating dedicated volunteers who make a difference
  • Organizing and funding field trips, tours, and College Tour programs that expand horizons
  • Providing meaningful community exposure through visits to businesses, museums, and cultural institutions
  • Mentoring and tutoring students in reading, music, math, science, and technology to unlock their potential
  • Providing students with transformative life experiences that they won’t receive at home
