Despite its academic achievements, Oriole Elementary faces significant challenges, with 92% of its students coming from economically disadvantaged households. Many students arrive at school needing essential resources, including nutritious food, uniforms, and basic hygiene supplies. Through this exciting new partnership, Ranger Good Works is committed to helping bridge these gaps and expanding opportunities for student success. Our initial efforts will focus on addressing students' fundamental needs, strengthening volunteer and mentoring initiatives, supporting academic enrichment, and increasing family engagement. We also look forward to exploring opportunities for campus beautification, including revitalizing the school's garden as an interactive learning space that encourages creativity, environmental awareness, and hands-on educational experiences.

By working collaboratively with Principal Bolden, school staff, families, and community partners, Ranger Good Works aims to complement existing school programs while introducing additional resources and opportunities as funding and partnerships grow. Together, we are committed to removing barriers to learning, empowering students to reach their full potential, and building a brighter future for the Oriole Elementary School community.
